Growth of Josie

It has been noted that Josie is a chunky girl (see pictures of her chunky legs: The Long awaited, but not duplicated…). But despite her aversion to chunkyness, she is still growing.

During the last round of posts (in February), Josie was a small chunk; now, she is a large spunky chunky monkey. Back then she could only sit up (and not very well), now she is crawling, spitting, pulling herself up and eating dirt (see picture below. But don't laugh at her. It's not cute. You are only encouraging her to keep doing it).

It's true, however, that kids can be cute when they do something bad. But in order to discourage their wrong behavior, and get a solid record of the event at the same time, it is important to take a picture of them before discipline. The best thing to say in this situation is, "That was naughty! Let me take your picture so I can show [insert parent's name] how
bad you are."

Cute pictures. Her facial expression cracks me up.
